At Casia Natura, we ship our dried flowers and natural products to Spain and worldwide, with clear delivery times, order tracking, and sustainable packaging designed to protect both the product and the planet.

Shipping zones, delivery times, and estimated costs

Delivery times are counted in business days from the moment the carrier collects the parcel. During peak demand periods (Valentine’s Day, Christmas, Black Friday, etc.), delivery times may be slightly longer.

Important: shipping rates are calculated automatically in the cart based on total weight, destination, and the carrier’s conditions at the time of purchase.

Order preparation

  • Orders placed from Monday to Friday are prepared within 24 business hours.
  • Orders placed on Friday afternoon or on public holidays are prepared on the next business day.
  • During peak demand periods, preparation may take a few extra hours.
  • If your order is urgent, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help.

Tracking and notifications

  • Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
  • This email includes the tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.
  • You will be able to check your parcel’s status and estimated delivery date at any time.

International shipping and customs

For orders outside the European Union (for example, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, America, or Asia), shipments are considered exports. In these cases:

  • The order is shipped without Spanish VAT.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or local charges applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If the parcel is held at customs, the carrier will contact you with instructions.

Packaging and product protection

  • We use strong cardboard boxes and protective fillers to safeguard the flowers during transport.
  • Whenever possible, we choose recycled or recyclable materials.
  • Dried flowers and biodegradable confetti are prepared with special care to minimize breakage and preserve their natural appearance.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery

  • The carrier will attempt delivery to the indicated address.
  • If no one is available, a second delivery attempt may be made, or the parcel may be left at a nearby pickup point (if available).
  • Always check the tracking email to see the options available in your area.

Shipping issues

Although we take great care with preparation and packaging, issues may occasionally occur during transport. If your order arrives damaged, please do the following:

  • Take photos of the parcel (outside and inside) within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Email us at info@casianatura.com with the photos and your order number.
  • We will review the case and offer the best solution: replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be prepared within 24 business hours. As soon as it leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with all the shipping details.

Can I choose an exact delivery date?

We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, as this depends on the carrier and possible external factors. You may indicate a preferred delivery date in the order comments, and we will do our best to accommodate it.

Do you ship to pickup points?

In some countries and with certain carriers, pickup points are available. If this option applies to your address, the carrier will indicate it in the tracking information.

What happens if my parcel is delayed?

First, check the tracking link sent by email. If you notice a delay of more than 48 hours beyond the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will open a case with the carrier to find a solution.

Can I change the delivery address once the order has been shipped?

This depends on the shipment status and the carrier. In some cases, it is possible to request an address change or pickup point directly from the tracking link. If you are unsure, contact us as soon as possible.
